This is a diversity suit charging violations of 740 ILCS §§ 160/1 et seq., Illinois's version of the Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act, and of the Illinois common law of successor and alter ego liability. The plaintiff is a gas company that the parties refer to as CES.
