By almost all accounts Gale Rachuy is a career criminal. Rachuy accumulated, over 40 years, nearly 30 convictions, mostly for fraud. He is a man who has spent many years gaining people's trust only to turn around and betray them. In Rachuy's most recent scheme, he "purchased" six vehicles by writing bad checks drawn on four bank accounts that he knew were closed or had no funds. Rachuy was indicted...
