LASNIK, District Judge:

Defendants-Appellants Ramanathan Prakash and Alexander Popov were convicted of one count of conspiracy to commit health care fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1347 and 1349, and three counts of health care fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1347, following a jury trial. On appeal, Appellants challenge their sentences, arguing that the district court erred in calculating the amount of loss for sentencing purposes...
