Douglas Meeks was convicted of conspiracy to distribute at least fifty grams of cocaine base and distribution of at least five grams of cocaine base. After exhausting his appeals, Meeks filed a motion for new trial, arguing a new trial is warranted because a government witness committed perjury. The district court1 denied the motion. We affirm.
