Jacqueline Barnhardt appeals the district court's1 entry of summary judgment in favor of Open Harvest Cooperative ("Open Harvest") on her claim alleging a violation of § 510 of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ("ERISA"), 29 U.S.C. § 1140. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm.
