When Dudley and Peggy Webb filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in February 2012 they listed in their bankruptcy schedules a large volume of rice grain and farming equipment owned in connection with the "Dudley R. Webb, Jr. Farms Joint Venture." The Bank of England asserted that it had a perfected security interest in this property arising out of unpaid loans between this joint venture and the bank.
