The district court dismissed the complaint in this suit on grounds similar to those of our recent decision in Union County v. MERSCORP, Inc., 735 F.3d 730 (7th Cir.2013), and the plaintiff, another Illinois county (we can ignore its coplaintiff, the County Recorder of Deeds), has appealed.
