(Doubletree), and its insurance company, Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation (Lawyers Title). Doubletree appeals the magistrate judge's grant of Lawyers Title's motion for summary judgment and denial of its cross-motion for summary judgment on Doubletree's breach of contract claims and extracontractual claims...
