Defendant Mekail Omar Jones appeals his sentence of 120 months imprisonment following his guilty plea to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Jones makes three claims of error by the District Court. First, he argues that his prior conviction for vehicular flight should not have counted as a crime of violence under the sentencing guidelines. Second, Jones contends that his conduct in this case did not support a guideline...
