Maurice Coleman's collateral challenge of his 1983 murder and armed robbery convictions is before us a second time. In the first appeal, we reversed the district court's denial of Coleman's habeas petition. Coleman v. Hardy ("Coleman I"), 628 F.3d 314, 323 (7th Cir.2010).
