Wayne E. Gordon was indicted for being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). Gordon entered a conditional guilty plea after the district court1 denied his motion to suppress the firearm recovered from his vehicle during a traffic stop.
