Plaintiff Tommy Sharp appeals the district court's order granting summary judgment in favor of his former employer, Aker Plant Services Group, on his age-discrimination claim under the Kentucky Civil Rights Act. The district court found that there was no evidence that Aker's termination of Sharp was on account of his age. We respectfully disagree. In reaching this decision, we address three issues.
