COLE, Circuit Judge.

After a delay in receiving dermatologist-recommended treatments for a painful skin condition, inmate Oscar Santiago sued his prison doctors under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. He claimed violation of the Eighth Amendment's prohibition of cruel and unusual punishment. The district court initially denied the doctors' motion for summary judgment, but on a motion to reconsider the court entered summary judgment in favor of the doctors....
