Macy's appeals the district court's denial of its motion to compel arbitration. Relying on Hergenreder v. Bickford Senior Living Group, LLC, 656 F.3d 411 (6th Cir.2011), the district court found that there was no agreement between Macy's and its former employee, Cecilia Tillman, to arbitrate disputes arising from her employment.
