AGEE, Circuit Judge:

In his petition for review, Gurpinder Othi seeks to reverse the order of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("the Board") affirming the immigration judge's ("IJ") order that Othi be removed to India. A lawful permanent resident ("LPR") of the United States, Othi was deemed an inadmissible arriving alien upon his return from a 17-day overseas trip. Othi argues that he did not seek admission — and therefore was not subject to removal proceedings...
