On April 20, 2012, Merigrace Orillo pled guilty in a written plea agreement to one count of healthcare fraud pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §§ 1347 and 2, and one count of paying kickbacks to physicians for patient referrals under a federal health care program in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1320a-7b and 18 U.S.C. § 2.
