HULL, Circuit Judge:

Carl Puiatti, a Florida inmate under a death sentence, filed a 28 U.S.C. § 2254 petition for a writ of habeas corpus that challenged his convictions and death sentence on multiple grounds. The district court first granted his petition on one ground and did not consider other issues, and we reversed the district court's decision and remanded with instructions to consider the other issues raised in the petition.
