Intellect Wireless, Inc. (Intellect) appeals from the district court's judgment that U.S. Patent Nos. 7,266,186 ('186 patent) and 7,310,416 ('416 patent) are unenforceable due to inequitable conduct. We affirm.

BACKGROUND
