Curtis Johns pleaded guilty to three counts of possessing a firearm as a convicted felon in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). The district court imposed a 120-month concurrent sentence on each of two counts and a 40-month consecutive sentence on the third count for a total, above-guideline sentence of 160 months' imprisonment.
