JACKSON, District Judge:

Jose Eleazar Garza ("Garza") appeals the district court's denial of his motion to suppress evidence seized as the result of a traffic stop. Garza argues that, under the totality of the circumstances, the arresting officer did not have reasonable suspicion to make the stop. For the reasons that follow, we AFFIRM the district court's ruling.
