INTRODUCTION

Ramiro Avila was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. After the district court denied Mr. Avila's motion to suppress, Mr. Avila entered an unconditional guilty plea to the charge. Mr. Avila seeks to appeal the denial of his motion to suppress. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291. See United States v. De Vaughn, 694 F.3d 1141
