(MFM) and David Friedland's (David), joint motion to dismiss, and defendant-appellee Dion Friedland's (Dion) motion to dismiss the plaintiff-appellant, Xena Investments, Ltd.'s (Xena), complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction and improper venue.
