On September 27, 2010, an immigration judge (IJ) denied Anoldo Urizar-Carrascoza's applications for a waiver of inadmissibility pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1182(i); permission to reapply for admission pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1182(a)(9)(A); and a waiver of his unlawful presence pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1182(a)(9)(B)(v). Urizar-Carrascoza had sought this relief in support of his adjustment of status petition pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1255...
