Suddaby, J.) for knowingly failing to register and update his sex offender registration pursuant to the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act, ("SORNA"). As Brunner's principal argument that Congress lacked authority to impose SORNA's registration requirements on him is now foreclosed...
