Petitioner Dimitrios Papazoglou ("Papazoglou") is a native and citizen of Greece who entered the United States on a B-2 visitor's visa on July 19, 1986. A little over a year later, in September 1987, he married a U.S. citizen, Hariklia Papazoglou ("Hariklia"), and based on that marriage he adjusted his status to lawful permanent resident on July 16, 1990.
