The Supreme Court held decades ago that an employee is not free to waive her claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq. Here, Margaret Boaz is a FedEx employee who sued FedEx under both the FLSA and the Equal Pay Act, 29 U.S.C. § 206(d).
