The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) revoked Stephen Taylor's pilot and medical certificates because he falsely stated that he had never been arrested for drunk driving. An administrative law judge upheld the revocation order, and the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) affirmed. Taylor now petitions this court for review.
