A jury convicted Danny Harmon of a marijuana conspiracy and related offenses. The district court sentenced him to 360 months' imprisonment. Harmon appeals his convictions and sentence. He first contends that a trial continuance violated his Sixth Amendment right to a speedy trial and that the disclosure of his prior drug conviction deprived him of a fair trial.
