Anadarko Petroleum ("Anadarko") appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Williams Alaska Petroleum ("Williams Alaska") in this breach-of-contract action. Anadarko argues that Williams Alaska ignored the parties' agreements to pass through shipping credits on purchased oil, denying it more than $9 million due under the contract.
