Ming Chen, a native and citizen of the People's Republic of China, petitions this court for review of the Board of Immigration Appeals' ("BIA") order denying his motion to reopen removal proceedings as untimely. Because Chen failed to satisfy any of the exceptions to the time limit for a motion to reopen, we deny his petition.
