Johnson & Johnson, McNeil-PPC, Pfizer, Inc., and Bayer Healthcare LLC (collectively, "Defendants") appeal the district court's remand order. The district court held that Defendants failed to establish the amount in controversy requirement under the Class Action Fairness Act ("CAFA"), codified in relevant part at 28 U.S.C. § 1332(d)(2).
