The district court1 sentenced Ardelle Dunlap to one year and one day of imprisonment for violating the terms of his supervised release. The district court did not impose any additional term of supervised release. Dunlap appealed. Before his appeal was heard, Dunlap was released from custody and his sentence was fully discharged.
