On October 25, 2011, Appellant Abduladhim Ahmed Al Sabahi was charged in a four-count superseding indictment with knowingly possessing firearms while illegally and unlawfully present in the United States, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(5)(A) and 924(a)(2).
