In August 2010, more than 30,000 pounds of anhydrous ammonia escaped from one of the petitioner's refrigerated storage facilities. After an investigation, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration cited the petitioner for committing violations of emergency response, training, record-keeping, and other requirements.
