MURPHY, Circuit Judge.

Bobby Olson was arrested for stealing a car from a casino parking lot and pled guilty to larceny in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 661 and 1152. At sentencing the district court1 determined that Olson's criminal history warranted an upward departure from his guideline range and sentenced him to 30 months imprisonment. Olson appeals his sentence, alleging procedural and substantive errors. We affirm.
