Appellant home-buyers Craig and Carroll Payne ("the Paynes") appeal the district court's1 grant of summary judgment to Grinnell Mutual Reinsurance Company ("Grinnell") on the Paynes' claim for equitable garnishment of a personal liability insurance policy issued to the sellers of the home. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm.
