This interlocutory appeal arises out of the district court's denial of summary judgment on defendants', Missouri State Highway Patrol Officers' (officers), qualified immunity defenses to the plaintiffs' 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1-2, claims.
