Michigan prisoner Wayne Earl LaFountain sued the defendant prison officials, alleging that they retaliated against him for filing administrative grievances and lawsuits. The district court screened LaFountain's complaint pursuant to the Prison Litigation Reform Act and dismissed it with prejudice for failure to state a claim. 28 U.S.C. §§ 1915A(b)(1) & 1915(e)(2)(B); 42 U.S.C. § 1997e(c)(1).
