A jury convicted defendant-appellant Michael Roux of inducing or coercing a minor to create sexually explicit images, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2251(a). Roux appeals, contending that the district court erred in admitting certain evidence against him and that the government committed certain missteps at trial which should have prompted the court to declare a mistrial.
