A jury found that Raytheon Company ("Raytheon") willfully violated the Age Discrimination in Employment Act ("ADEA"), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., and the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act ("TCHRA"), TEX. LAB.CODE § 21.001 et seq., by terminating Richard Miller ("Miller") because of his age. The district court denied Raytheon's motion for judgment as a matter of law ("JMOL"), substantially reduced the jury's finding...
