Melvin Towns ("Towns") challenges his conviction and sentence for conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and conspiracy to possess and distribute pseudoephedrine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. He argues primarily that some of the evidence against him — pseudoephedrine purchase logs — was introduced in violation of the business records exception to the hearsay rule and the Sixth Amendment's Confrontation Clause...
