Flagstaff Medical Center is an acutecare hospital in Arizona that has witnessed a flurry of union activity in recent years. This particular case finds its roots in October 2006, when the Communications Workers of America, Local Union 7019, AFL-CIO began organizing among Flagstaff's housekeeping and food services employees.
