We must once again address the subject of tribal court jurisdiction over disputes arising when non-Indians choose to do business in Indian country. Underlying this jurisdictional question is a multi-million dollar development contract involving the building and operation of a tourist destination overlooking one of the world's great wonders, the Grand Canyon.
