Lowell Baisden, ("Baisden"), pursuant to a plea agreement, pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting tax evasion, in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7201 and 18 U.S.C. § 2. The agreement stipulated that, based on Baisden's guilty plea, the government would dismiss three counts of a four-count indictment.
