A jury found Freddie Wallace guilty of one count of production of child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2251(a) and one count of possession of child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(4)(B). The district court1 sentenced Wallace to 265 months' imprisonment on the production of child pornography count and a concurrent 120 months' imprisonment...
