OPINION

GREGORY, Circuit Judge:

John McLean, an interventional cardiologist, appeals his convictions and sentence for health care fraud and making false statements in connection with the delivery of or payment for health care services. The convictions arise from a scheme to defraud insurers by submitting claims for medically unnecessary stent procedures. Among other arguments, McLean contends that there is insufficient evidence to support his convictions...
