During an arrest of three individuals for attempting to pass counterfeit checks in Bryant, Arkansas, officers found a receipt for a room at the Comfort Inn Hotel in Little Rock. After Little Rock police officer Rusty Rothwell received this information, he went with his partner Fred Lee to the Comfort Inn to investigate and conduct surveillance.
