Following a three-day trial, a jury convicted defendant-appellant Roldy Francois ("Francois") on four counts of possessing firearms as a convicted felon, one count of possessing a firearm with an obliterated serial number, and twelve counts stemming from his use of a stolen identity to purchase those firearms.
