This case concerns a contract dispute between Plaintiff, Whirlpool Corporation ("Whirlpool"), and Defendant, The Grigoleit Company ("Grigoleit"). Grigoleit supplied knobs for Whirlpool's washing machines and dryers for several years, and it sought to increase prices and amend the parties' purchase contracts in late 2004.
