This case arises out of a contract dispute between Jeannette Martello, a medical doctor with a law degree, and Joshua Santana, a Kentucky attorney. The district court granted summary judgment for Santana on Martello's breach of contract, fraud and fraudulent concealment of settlement, and breach of fiduciary duty claims. Martello now appeals.
